• give free information on the local tourist offer
• propose free WI-Fi acces
• publish the opening hours in at least two foreign languages
• open at least 240 hours a year, Saturdays and Sundays included, during the tourist season and during local events.
• reply to your mail all year long
• propose our services by our staff who speak at least two foreign languages
• offer paper tourist maps and guides
• offer acces to our website available in three languages
• print and publish tourist information translated in at least two foreign languages containing :
• all the classified tourist accomodation offers, their name, address, e-mail, website, phone number, and classification rank
• all monuments, tourist, cultural, natural and leisure sites and their entrance fees, opening hours, websites, phone numbers and addresses
• events and entertainment
• emergency phone numbers
• update yearly our tourist information
• publish the emergency phone numbers outside
• propose to all types of clients the entire qualified tourist offer concerning our territory
•  deal with your complaints and measure your satisfaction
• respect a quality policy
• have a tourist consultant at your disposal 
• ensure the reliability and the updating of the information on our local tourist offer.
